We are looking for 2 Admin staff to be assigned in Ajman office.

Job Description:

• Cover the reception desk and provide necessary information
• Organize and schedule appointments and take detailed minutes.
• Maintain contact lists and data base system
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports & provide general support to office
• Prepare quotation and tracking enquiries.
• Contacting new potential and existing customers on the phone, email and in person for sales.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Resolve administrative problems
• Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
